What is Ancient Dayz for dayz?
Ancient for DayZ is an external covering player ESP, item and vehicle information, and aim assistance. DayZ runs BattlEye, and the external design keeps it clear of the checks aimed at code loaded into the game.
DayZ is not a shooter with a survival theme — it is a game where you can walk for forty minutes and meet nobody, and then lose six hours of gear in two seconds. That asymmetry is what a cheat changes here. Knowing whether the treeline is empty before you cross the field is worth more than winning the gunfight you should never have entered.
Player and threat information
- Player ESP with distance and visibility state at long range
- Zombie and animal indicators, which matter because noise pulls players as well as infected
- Vehicle tracking
- Tent, stash and base indicators — the things people spend weeks accumulating
Loot information
- Item ESP with category filtering
- Weapon and ammunition highlighting
- Medical supply filtering, which on DayZ decides whether an injury ends the character
Aim assistance
- Field-of-view-limited assist with smoothing
- Bullet drop and zeroing compensation at DayZ's genuinely long engagement ranges
- Visibility checks before engaging
Detection risk and anti-cheat
Most DayZ servers are community-run with active admins who watch logs and spectate. That is a very different threat model from an anti-cheat: a person deciding you are suspicious can ban you from their server regardless of what BattlEye thinks.
Official servers apply global BattlEye bans; community servers apply their own. Being clean on one says nothing about the other.
DayZ's engagement ranges make aim assistance conspicuous. A 400-metre first-shot hit on a moving target is remembered and reported.
Live detection status for every product is on the status page, and how detection actually works is covered in our anti-cheat explainer.
System requirements
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
- Secure Boot disabled
- Steam copy of DayZ
- Administrator rights for the loader
When to choose Ancient Dayz
- You play long sessions and losing geared characters to ambushes is what actually costs you
- Stash and tent information is worth more to you than combat features
- You want a full toolkit rather than information only
When something else is the better buy
- If you mainly play one heavily-administered community server, consider whether any cheat is worth the account there — admin review is the real risk, not BattlEye.
- If you have been hardware banned, a spoofer comes first.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work on community servers?
Generally yes, but community servers have active human admins who spectate and read logs. They are the harder problem, not BattlEye.
Is stash ESP the main draw?
For most long-term players, yes. Finding what other people have hidden is the difference between a wipe-long grind and a full kit in an afternoon.
Does the aimbot handle DayZ's ballistics?
It compensates for drop and zeroing, which DayZ models heavily. That is also what makes it visible — nobody first-shots a moving target at 400 metres by accident.
Will a server ban follow me to other servers?
A community ban is that server's own. A global BattlEye ban from official servers is not.
