What is Macho - Fivem for Fivem?
Macho is a FiveM menu — a completely different category from the anti-cheat-evading cheats elsewhere on this site. FiveM is GTA V roleplay on community-run servers, and the thing standing between you and a ban is not a kernel driver but a staff team reading logs.
That changes what the product is for and how it should be used. Server-side anti-cheat scripts detect actions rather than software: a teleport, a spawned vehicle, a health change that no in-game event explains. What gets people banned on FiveM is doing something the server logged, not running something the server found.

Detection risk and anti-cheat
FiveM has no kernel anti-cheat. It has server-side detection scripts and staff, and both work on what you did rather than what you are running. Anything that produces an event the server did not authorise is the risk.
Bans are typically per server, but FiveM can also ban at the CFX account and hardware level for serious cases, and that follows you everywhere.
Roleplay servers in particular have large staff teams and a culture of reporting. A menu used visibly is caught by people, quickly.
Read-only features — seeing players and entities — leave nothing in a server log. Anything that changes state does.
